You can participate either at the DoLife Studio or virtually from where ever you are. If you cannot make it for the first time, please contact Virpi.

iRest Yoga Nidra is a deeply relaxing meditative practise. It can help with sleeping issues, anxiety, stress or pains. You don’t need any experience or special skills to practice yoga nidra. All you need to do is lie down and listen as the teacher guides you into a meditative state in which you are neither awake nor asleep, but your body is at rest.

You will need warm clothes and blankets and preferably a bolster for the practice. At the studio there are yoga mats you can use as well as some blankets and bolsters in case you don’t wish to bring your own.
